Perfect and the best position, I liked staying in this place.

The hotel was located short walk to near town center, Isla Mujeres and in particular, at playa North, and the amazing beaches. Breakfast with option to order more. The room with hot water & a tv. Responsive team apart from one female receptionist.

I have stayed here before now and will come back. Appreciated this beautiful and gorgeous hotel. - Easy to find, with nice staff. - the venue had a favourable location easy walk to Green Demon Beach Club. - Near to colorful Playa Norte, Playa Secreto, and Yunque Reef.

A chill spot with friendly staff overall, except for one receptionist who seemed a bit off. the location was convenient, close to a bunch of restaurants 🍽️.

The breakfast was excellent, well presented, and with a lot of options. Liked my rooms on the second level. - the location was the best, easy walk to snorkeling.

The location is top-notch, just a stone's throw away from the incredible beaches and Na Balam. the staff is responsive and the breakfasts offer the option to order more. My room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and had smoke detectors for added safety.

This place has an excellent location near a beautiful white-sand beach, comfortable beds, climate control, a safe, multi-channel TV.

I recently stayed at Na Balam in Playa Norte for a few days and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Jacqueline and Jorge at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and fluffy blankets. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even during a storm. The hotel's location right on the stunning beach was absolutely breathtaking. The included breakfast at Oceanvs was delicious, and we loved lounging by the pool and jacuzzi. The beach bar staff, especially the hostess, were always attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. Na Balam is the best option for a fantastic stay in the Playa Norte area.

The location was absolutely fantastic and the rooms were lovely! Worth paying for the private pool. Also the food at the restaurant was great!

The front desk staff were not overly helpful or friendly.

The room was spacious and had a nice breeze on the second floor, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

The beach was beautiful and the pool area was nice with plenty of shaded spots. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast provided at the beach bar was delicious and offered an amazing view.

Our room on the second floor was extremely noisy at night, as if the nearby bar was inside our room. This lack of soundproofing was a major inconvenience.

I stayed at a quaint and boutique-like hotel in the best area of Playa Norte. It had a beautiful beach view and was situated right across from Mia Reef and by the lagoon. The hotel itself had a nice relaxing vibe and the staff were always friendly. The rooms were simple but always clean. The beach was incredible and one of the best in Isla Mujeres. it was a great stay and I would definitely come back to this hotel.
